Volunteers

Caring is our Gift!   That is the motto of Hospice of the Sandias.

We are very proud of our volunteers because they exhibit that motto to the max!

Patient Care volunteers give time to our patients and care about them, their hopes, their decisions, their lives.  Volunteers give as little as 15 minutes a week to an hour a week, depending on their schedules and the patient.

Administrative Volunteers care enough to give their time to work in our office assisting the staff so that they are freed to do more for our patients and their families.

There is no doubt that this is the most difficult time in the lives of our patients and their families.  Without volunteers, our team could not provide the companionship so many of our patients long for.
